The artist opens a work
A work is listed at its first mark: a ground, a sketch, a stretched canvas. The artist commits, in writing, to journalling it through to completion.
FIG. 01 — GLITXZ · WORKS IN PROGRESS
Glitxz is an artist-led platform where collectors bid on works in progress. Every stage is photographed, every decision is journalled, and the lot closes when the artist says the work is done — not before.
FIG. 02 — THE PREMISE
Glitxz is built on the second kind of honesty. Works are listed at their first mark and sold while they are still moving. You are not buying a photograph of an outcome — you are buying a position in a process, and a seat at the table while the decisions are still open.
Nothing is finished when it is listed.
The journal is not marketing. It is the receipt.
The artist keeps the hand. The collective keeps the record.
FIG. 03 — HOW IT WORKS
A work is listed at its first mark: a ground, a sketch, a stretched canvas. The artist commits, in writing, to journalling it through to completion.
Collectors bid live while the work is unfinished. Bids are pre-authorised on Stripe and released the moment you are outbid — nothing is captured until a lot closes.
Every session is entered in the journal. Photographs, materials, notes, false starts, and the parts that got scraped back to the ground.
When the artist decides it is finished, the seal goes on. Co-owners are recorded against the work permanently, and the record travels with it.

FIG. 05 — THE HAND
We do not sign work away from the people who make it. Artists list what they choose, set their own reserve, write the journal in their own words, and close the lot when the work tells them it is done. Glitxz runs the room, the money and the record.

THE RECORD SO FAR
Prints pulled from finished works, artist plates, and the pigments, papers and brushes the collective actually uses. Everything here is made by someone whose name is on a lot.
